Tracy focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law and business planning matters.  She prides herself on providing practical, compassionate solutions to her client's legal needs.

About Tracy… Raised in Washington, she relocated to sunny Arizona to attend college.  She graduated from ASU, magna cum laude, with her Bachelor's in History.  After leaving a career in history, she received her Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, ranked 3rd in her class in 2015.

Life after law school led Tracy to a boutique Scottsdale law firm where she gained experience in high-net worth, wealth-preservation, estate planning and business formation.  With several years of experience under her belt, Tracy decided to take a leap and pursue her dream of opening her own law firm, giving her the freedom to really connect with her client's, their needs and their goals.

Why is Tracy different?  She takes a holistic, mindful approach with her clients - considering each client's unique and specific estate planning needs.  She jokingly calls herself the “What If Queen” because she tries to anticipate all of life’s curve balls and strategizes to find the best possible outcome for her clients’ legal needs.

She considers herself approachable and accessible to her clients.  No question is too big or too small.  Her goal is to make the estate planning and probate process as comfortable as possible for her clients.

What’s one thing that others don’t know about Tracy?  She is mindful and holistic in her personal life as well.  She practices yoga and meditates regularly with the goal of finding clarity and achieving balance.

 

What does Tracy enjoy outside of work? Tracy is adventurous to the core.  You’ll find her enjoying the outdoors with her 21-year-old son, other family and friends.  She is an avid hiker, camper, backpacker, and has a lovely vegetable garden.
